Have you already taken the first steps towards TPM and are you ready for the next level? The wBw has already supported more than 100 companies in the successful implementation of the TPM philosophy. These many years of experience and expertise form the basis for the content of the TPM Expert. The focus of this advanced training course is on issues such as

• How can serious failures be prevented and risks assessed?
• Does the company have the right spare parts in stock?
• How should the spare parts be evaluated?
• Which tasks should be outsourced and which should be carried out internally?

After the TPM Expert training course, you will be in a position to make this decision in a structured manner. We will show you the necessary tools, give you tips and tricks for successful implementation and, of course, provide you with support after the training.

What you can do as a certified TPM expert

With the TPM Expert training course, you will take strategic maintenance management in your company to a new level. You will be aware of various points of attack, whether in the design of a maintenance-oriented system, the outsourcing strategy or the optimal capital commitment in the materials warehouse. Eliminate interface and organizational losses in operational implementation through process analyses and the use of new technologies.

• Cancellation: If you cancel your registration up to two weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee of EUR 35 will be charged. If you cancel later, 50% of the conference fee will be charged. It is possible to nominate a substitute participant, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived.

• Final examination: The prerequisite for taking the examination (scheduled several months after the training) is that the participant has attended at least 80% of the course. The final examination essentially consists of the presentation of a project in which the practical application of one of the methods demonstrated during the training has been successfully implemented.
