Total Productive Maintenance - Higher availability and better collaboration thanks to more structure in your plant management.

The WBW Chair and ÖVIA have already supported over 100 companies in the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). The content of the TPM training series is based on this many years of experience. You too can learn how the TPM philosophy can help you to maximize your plant efficiency and conserve resources at the same time. Maintenance staff often only work through error reports, leaving little time for long-term improvements and optimizations; cooperation between production and maintenance is also often not optimized. We will show you how you can improve many processes and tasks by creating more structure in your maintenance department. The training is suitable for everyone - regardless of whether you have never heard of TPM before or are already trying to introduce it.

Target group

This training seminar is aimed at people who want to introduce or implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in their organization or are involved in its implementation, as well as production and maintenance managers who want to improve plant efficiency through the targeted use of quality and problem-solving tools. There are no content-related, technical or organizational requirements. An information system in the company makes many things easier, but is not absolutely necessary for this course.

What you will know after your training

With the TPM Coach, you have the tools to start initiatives for better plant management. You will be familiar with tools for establishing autonomous maintenance and know how to solve and subsequently avoid problems. You will lead teams with the help of the leadership skills taught and the correct handling of targets and key figures.

Cancellation: If you cancel your registration up to two weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee of EUR 35 will be charged. If you cancel later, 50% of the conference fee will be charged. It is possible to nominate a substitute participant, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived.
