5-day seminar to become a certified TPM coach

In this introductory training course, you will learn the basics of the TPM philosophy and its possible applications. The seminar also covers the most important key maintenance figures, such as OEE. Knowledge of autonomous maintenance and problem-solving techniques (in particular the DMAIC cycle) is essential to enable good cooperation between production and maintenance and to maximize plant effectiveness. Many attempts to introduce TPM in an organization fail due to a lack of change management. This seminar will help you to improve your communication, employee motivation and shopfloor management and to implement initiatives successfully.

The advanced, 3-day TPM training course gives you a detailed insight into the TPM concept. You will learn how to prevent serious breakdowns through improved process organization and maintenance prevention and how to assess risks. The training also focuses on strategic issues, such as determining the right spare parts for the company and evaluating them, as well as the decision to outsource tasks. You will also receive an overview of Maintenance 4.0 and the new opportunities offered by digitalization.
